ITM 6.1 and Data Warehousing 2.1 Quickstart

Gulf Breeze Software has created a Quick Start implementation offering to get companies running with ITM 6.1 as quick as possible. This implementation is targeted at companies with less than 500 servers and includes base OS monitoring and Data Warehouse implementation.

ITM 6.1 Quickstart Five (5) days*

Install ITM 6.1
Configure ITM 6.1 based on best practices.
Configure Data Warehousing in ITM 6.1 for best practice metrics.
Create Managed Systems List based on OS Type.
Provide documentation of the implementation, complete with architecture and an initial runbook.
Remotely install up to 50 agents and document and instruct how to perform this action.
Provide two days of administrator training and handoff.
Provide instruction of how to access historical data through the TEP Workspaces

Additional ITM PAC products will require additional time for configuration.

Gulf Breeze recommends the following minimum server configuration (based on 500 servers):

It is assumed that all servers meet the following basic requirements

RAID for redundancy
Terminal Services for remote administration
DNS resolution to all agents
Agents must be able to use DNS to contact server
Local administrator privileges established
Additional account creation is required for application services
