Force WPA to a specific port - everytime.

Sometimes you want to ensure that the WPA listens on a specific port.

To ensure that the Warehouse Proxy listens at a fixed port number across the monitoring enterprise, add this the KDC_FAMILIES configuration variable for the Warehouse Proxy.
