Trouble with cinfo?

If you have a UNIX/Linux TEMS, the cinfo command may not display correct information about running processes especially after hostname changes. Here is a simple way to resolve the issue.

The currently running server/agent information is stored in /config/.ConfigData/RunInfo file. Remove the old hostname entry in the file and run cinfo command again. Now, it should show the correct info. Needless to say, exercise caution while making this changes. Take a backup copy just in case.
