Accessing Tivoli patches via HTTP

The URL to Tivoli patches via HTTP (rather than FTP) is:

http://www3.software.ibm.com/ibmdl/pub/software/tivoli_support/

I've found this to be invaluable when at a customer site where FTP is blocked.
