Windows 2003 SP1 Gateway crash and Wake On LAN

There appears to be a bug between Tivoli and Windows 2003 SP1 where WOL can cause the gateway to crash. Since there are quite a few people looking at going to SP1 you should probably test this out in your environment.

Problem
The gateway on a Windows 2003 Managed Node is crashing frequently. Service Pack 1 is installed on this machine. In the gatelog you can see that it is last trying to do a Wake on Lan to an Endpoint:
end_wol_packet: remote ip addr=X.X.X.X remote net mask=X.X.X.X wol_broadcast=1 wol_direct=0

Solution
On windows 2003 with SP1 the following Service has to be started:
"Windows Firewall/Internet Connection Sharing (ICS)". Check with "net start", if the service is running. If not, start it.

This problem is also investigated with Microsoft.

This appears to be when using wol_broadcast. I have not be able to see if wol_direct is impacted by this also.
