Open Source Virutalization Software for Windows

This is a "how to" for setting up a Linux Virtual Machine on a Windows PC using the Open Source "QEMU" software. The features are starting to rival VMWARE.

An Open Source Virtualization How-To

This past week I read a great article about Xen and Qemu virtualization products for Intel servers running Linux. The software options are great and are beginning to rival the functionality of EMC's VMWARE (TM) product.

Since those articles focused on running Windows under Linux, I decided to write this to show running Qemu on Windows with a Linux virtual machine image.

This link is for the Qemu install code. You will need this installed before we can do anything.
