After applying Fix Pack 02 to ITM 6.1, I can now move (drag and drop) my views to different places inside my workspace. This eliminates having to redo your views just to move them from the top left to the bottom right.
I was so giddy when I found this feature, I had to go re-read the release notes. I couldn't find mention of this feature. Maybe it was buried in one of the APAR they referenced, but who has time to look through all of them.

ITM 6.1 FP02 TEPS - Apparently undocumented feature
Many people have complained that in the TEP, Tivoli Enterprise Portal, that you cannot move views around inside a workspace.
