Anybody familiar with Firefox will know the inherent flexibility and functionality which trumps the other popular browsers out there, One of those flexible features is the ability to install Add-Ons, and there are many "extension" Add-Ons available.
One of my favorites is the AntiPagination Extension, which will parse web pages with navigation links, and present them all as one long page.
